The Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP) is a Catholic lay community inspired by Gospel values, whose members grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those in need in the tradition of its founder, Blessed Frédéric Ozanam, and patron, St. Vincent de Paul, seeking the face of Christ in those they serve.
The St. Anne Conference provides temporary assistance in the Chassell (49916 Zip Code) area with food, utilities, rent, gasoline and other needs after our friends in need have been unable to obtain help from the Department of Health and Human Services (906-482-0500), the Salvation Army (906-482-3420), or other agencies. No need is foreign to us.
To request assistance, leave a message at 906-523-4912 and a volunteer will call to arrange a home visit to obtain more details and will then consult our Conference membership to determine our ability to help.
Parishioners interested in learning more about opportunities for spiritual growth through service to the needy should leave a message at 906-523-4912 and a member will contact you with more information.
